  • • As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will serve as an indispensable, trusted advisor to our Sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and support on deal structuring, pricing strategies, and the negotiation of commercial terms. This pivotal role is designed to ensure that all sales transactions are meticulously structured to comply with company policies, maximize profitability, and contribute to an exceptionally efficient sales cycle. You will function as a critical nexus, bridging Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to foster seamless business velocity and operational efficiency.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass a broad range of critical functions. In Deal Structuring & Review, you will meticulously review and formally approve complex proposals, detailed quotes, and comprehensive contracts. A key aspect of this will be ensuring strict adherence to established pricing guidelines and discount matrices, while simultaneously providing expert guidance on non-standard, multi-year agreements, or custom commercial terms that require special consideration. This requires a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of our product offerings and market positioning.
  • • Regarding Pricing & Profitability, you will be instrumental in managing and maintaining the company's official price list and intricate discount structures. This involves conducting thorough profitability analyses for proposed deals, proactively identifying potential risks, and recommending alternative deal structures that are informed by data trends and strategic objectives. Your insights will directly influence deal viability and financial outcomes.
  • • In the realm of Process & Tools, you will administer and manage our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) system and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. A significant part of your role will be to champion and drive process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining workflows, eliminating bottlenecks, and substantially reducing deal turnaround times. This proactive approach to operational efficiency is vital for supporting our high-growth environment.
  • • You will also be responsible for Training & Support, developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to the Sales team. These programs will cover essential topics such as pricing policies, discount guidelines, and effective CPQ system usage. Furthermore, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all sales inquiries related to contracts, operational procedures, and deal-related queries, ensuring the sales team has the support they need to succeed.
  • • Finally, in Compliance & Risk management, you will ensure that all transactions rigorously comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal audit standards. You will collaborate closely with the Legal department to standardize contract terms, mitigate corporate exposure, and ensure all agreements are legally sound and strategically aligned. This role demands a proactive approach to risk management and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of compliance.
