- • The platform operates at an immense scale, processing over 1 billion queries daily across 150 languages and approximately 100 countries. This robust infrastructure powers leading e-commerce giants like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco, demonstrating our capability to deliver high-impact solutions for global brands.
- • As an Analytics Engineer on the Offsite Search Optimisation team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the e-commerce experience for hundreds of millions of users worldwide. Your work will directly contribute to making online shopping faster, more personalized, and more discoverable.
- • The team's core mission is to seamlessly bridge the gap between on-site product discovery and external discovery platforms. This involves ensuring that websites powered by Constructor are not only found but also accurately understood and represented across major search engines like Google and emerging generative AI platforms.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass building foundational data structures and systems to meticulously track visibility, analyze traffic sources, and measure performance across both Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives.
- • You will be instrumental in developing the architecture required for conducting technical audits of customer websites. This includes assessing their current optimization levels and generating clear, actionable recommendations for improvement.
- • A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with Product teams. You will partner with them to adapt and enrich content specifically for SEO/GEO purposes, packaging this information effectively to meet the demands of external discoverability platforms.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute to defining and implementing an SEO/GEO enablement layer. This layer will consist of essential tools, comprehensive playbooks, and scalable frameworks designed to disseminate best practices across internal teams and our diverse customer base.
- • You will tackle complex challenges such as achieving complete visibility into product discovery originating from external sources, enabling accurate measurement of organic, branded, and AI-driven traffic, and creating a unified, comprehensive model of landing pages.
- • The role also involves establishing a robust framework for future SEO experiments, including canonical tests, template variations, and structured data tests, to continuously refine and improve search performance.
- • You will develop internal tools that can be readily integrated by other teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient ecosystem.
- • A significant part of your contribution will be driving the adoption process of SEO/GEO best practices across various teams, ensuring consistent application and continuous improvement.
