  • • As the pioneering Product Analytics Team Lead for FundraiseUp's Core team, you will architect and lead the company's central analytics function, establishing foundational metrics, analytical frameworks, and data standards that empower product teams across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to build a critical function from the ground up, defining its mission, setting strategic priorities, and shaping its roadmap for growth and impact.
  • • You will be instrumental in scaling the analytics capability by actively participating in the hiring process, mentoring and developing a team of talented analysts, and meticulously planning workloads to ensure optimal team performance. While building the team, you will also remain hands-on, tackling complex analytical challenges and conducting in-depth research to drive strategic decision-making.
  • • A key responsibility will be the design and development of robust, shared analytical frameworks, such as comprehensive metrics trees, that provide a consistent and unified view of product performance across the entire company. This will involve defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and establishing standardized methodologies for their measurement and interpretation.
  • • You will lead cross-product growth initiatives, conducting deep-dive research to uncover actionable insights that can be applied across multiple user funnels and product areas. Your work will directly influence product strategy and drive significant improvements in user engagement and conversion rates.
  • • Owning the company-level Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards is a core part of this role. This includes overseeing the underlying data architecture, ensuring data quality and integrity, and championing a unified language for metrics across all departments. You will be the guardian of our company's data narrative, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility.
  • • Establishing seamless collaboration processes between the core analytics team, individual product teams, and other data professionals within the company will be crucial. You will foster a data-driven culture by facilitating knowledge sharing, promoting best practices, and ensuring that analytics insights are effectively integrated into the product development lifecycle.
  • • Your role will involve translating complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, primarily based in the US. This requires not only analytical prowess but also strong communication and presentation skills.
  • • You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to understand their analytical needs, provide data-driven recommendations, and help them measure the impact of their initiatives. This collaborative approach ensures that analytics efforts are aligned with business objectives and contribute directly to product success.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • • Strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory.
  • • Advanced proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of analytical data warehouse architecture.
  • • Strong Python skills, including experience with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and scikit-learn.
  • • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase.
  • • Experience designing data marts and analytical models.
  • • Clear and concise written English for documentation and cross-team communication (B2 level or higher).
