Full Job Description

📋 Description

  • Own the end-to-end product vision for Voyage Privé’s award-winning mobile application, shaping the roadmap that will delight millions of travelers and directly influence company revenue growth across Europe.
  • Translate high-level business objectives into a crystal-clear mobile strategy: set quarterly OKRs, define KPI baselines (engagement, retention, conversion, LTV), and cascade measurable targets to every squad member.
  • Continuously improve the in-app experience by auditing user journeys, identifying friction points, and prioritizing fixes or new features that move the needle on funnel metrics—expect to ship at least one major release every six weeks.
  • Optimize critical paths such as onboarding, search, booking, and post-purchase flows; reduce drop-off by A/B testing copy, layout, ranking algorithms, and personalization triggers backed by statistically significant data.
  • Deploy advanced personalization at scale: build preference-capture mechanisms, dynamic ranking engines, and journey pre-configuration logic that turn anonymous installs into loyal repeat bookers.
  • Leverage a full experimentation stack (Amplitude, Firebase, Optimizely, or similar) to run multivariate tests, cohort analyses, and user-research sprints; present findings to exec stakeholders with clear go/no-go recommendations.
  • Collaborate daily with Engineering to balance technical debt, performance, and new feature velocity; write crisp user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge-case documentation that unblock developers and QA.
  • Partner with Design to maintain a consistent, premium brand feel across iOS and Android while ensuring accessibility, dark-mode readiness, and localization for FR, DE, IT, ES, and UK markets.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales & Marketing to launch seasonal campaigns, push-notification strategies, and in-app merchandising placements that drive incremental revenue without compromising user trust.
  • Act as the internal evangelist for mobile best practices: run internal workshops, publish playbooks on gesture navigation, deep-linking, offline caching, and App Store optimization to raise the bar across all squads.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technologies (SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, instant apps, super-apps, privacy changes) to propose bold bets that keep Voyage Privé ahead of the curve.
  • Present monthly business reviews to C-level stakeholders, translating complex data into compelling narratives that secure budget and executive buy-in for the next quarter’s roadmap.
  • Foster a culture of customer obsession: schedule regular user interviews, usability labs, and beta-tester communities to ensure every feature is grounded in real traveler pain points and desires.
  • Champion ethical data use and GDPR compliance, working with Legal & Security to implement consent flows, data-minimization policies, and transparent privacy UX that strengthen brand trust.
  • Mentor junior PMs and analysts, providing coaching on prioritization frameworks (RICE, ICE, MoSCoW), stakeholder management, and storytelling to scale the product organization as the company grows.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience with at least two years focused on native mobile apps (iOS & Android) in a high-traffic, consumer-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable uplift in key mobile KPIs such as DAU, retention D30, conversion rate, or average order value through data-driven experimentation.
  • Fluent in analytics and experimentation tools (Amplitude, Firebase, Mixpanel, Optimizely, or similar) and comfortable querying data with SQL or BI dashboards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a nice-to-have.

🏖️ Benefits

  • Full-remote or hybrid flexibility—work from anywhere in Europe or enjoy our sunny Aix-en-Provence campus with rooftop terrace and Mediterranean views.
  • 35 days of paid vacation plus local public holidays, ensuring you can actually use the travel deals you help create.
  • Annual personal travel credit of €1,500 to experience Voyage Privé stays firsthand and bring authentic user insights back to the team.
  • Competitive salary, quarterly bonus tied to mobile revenue growth, and stock-option plan so you share in the company’s long-term success.
