Run weekly architecture guilds, daily stand-ups, quarterly OKR reviews and continuous retros to keep velocity above 90-story-points per sprint while maintaining <5% defect escape rate.
• • Hands-on coding 40% of your time: ship production features in React (TypeScript) and Node.js (NestJS) that ingest 2 TB of on-chain data nightly, delivering sub-second query response to a global user base. Champion test-driven development—enforce 85% unit-test coverage and mandate contract tests for every micro-service.
• • Design for scale: model data pipelines on GCP BigQuery, orchestrate with Cloud Composer, cache with Redis Cluster, and auto-scale Kubernetes workloads to handle 10× traffic spikes during major token launches. Introduce chaos engineering drills to prove 99.9% uptime.
• • Institutionalize excellence: define the team’s Definition of Done, roll-out DORA metrics dashboards (lead time <1 day, deployment freq daily, MTTR <1 hr), and embed SRE best practices such as SLIs/SLOs, error budgets and blameless post-mortems.
