Android Engineer, Stats and Insights

📋 Description

• • As an Android Engineer on the Stats and Insights team, you will develop innovative features that enhance the mobile stats and scorekeeping experience for youth sports communities, directly contributing to GameChanger’s mission of elevating the next generation through sports technology.
• • Day to day, you will contribute to feature development across the stack with a focus on the native Android app, collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA on technical decisions, write clean and well-tested Kotlin code using MVI architecture, and participate in code and design reviews while sharing knowledge with engineers company-wide.
• • GameChanger is a remote-first, dynamic tech company headquartered in New York City, dedicated to building the best platform for youth sports moments by empowering coaches, parents, and volunteers with tools that foster leadership, teamwork, and confidence in young athletes.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern Android development, gain exposure to full-stack technologies including TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS, and grow your skills in product analytics, A/B testing, and cross-platform collaboration—potentially contributing to iOS or cross-platform efforts over time.
