• • As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be instrumental in the preparation and meticulous review of a wide array of conveyancing documents, including but not limited to contracts of sale, transfer documents, and detailed settlement statements.
• • Your responsibilities will extend to conducting thorough title searches, comprehensive property searches, and essential due diligence investigations to underpin and validate property transactions.
