- • The AP Senior Associate will manage end-to-end accounts payable operations to ensure accurate and timely vendor payments, maintain internal controls, and support Fluidstack’s rapid growth and IPO readiness.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing high volumes of invoices, performing three-way matching, managing vendor relationships, executing payment runs, preparing AP accruals and balance sheet reconciliations during month-end close, and collaborating with Engineering, Operations, and Legal teams.
- • Fluidstack is a fast-growing technology company building compute infrastructure for artificial superintelligence, supplying GWs of compute power to leading AI labs. The Finance team plays a critical role in scaling financial operations with rigor and transparency.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AP and financial controls, gain experience supporting audit and SOX compliance, contribute to IPO preparation, and develop process improvement skills in a high-impact, high-visibility finance function.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6 years of accounts payable or broader accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth technology or infrastructure company
- • Strong understanding of AP processes including invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor management, and payment runs
- • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred); proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- • Demonstrated ability to manage high invoice volumes with accuracy and attention to detail
- • Familiarity with month-end close processes including AP accruals, cutoff procedures, and balance sheet reconciliations
- • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
