📋 Description

• Develop and own the APAC communications strategy to build ElevenLabs' reputation across the continent.
• Design and run creative, high-engagement campaigns across media, social, and events.
• Shape the regional narrative by developing our positioning, turning global news into local stories, and creating original local moments.
• Identify and mitigate reputational risks early.
• Build relationships with journalists, influencers, customers, industry bodies, and event organizers.
• Support executives with media interviews and speaking opportunities.
• Partner with sales, marketing, policy, legal, and deployment teams to drive global expansion.
• Define the operating model for comms in APAC and manage agencies as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing communications across multiple markets in APAC.
• Strong relationships with journalists at top-tier publications and a track record of pitching stories and handling difficult corporate issues.
• A firm grasp of the political, regulatory, economic, and cultural landscape in the region.
• A knack for creative comms campaigns, including non-traditional tactics and channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with nascent operating models.
