- • As the APAC Marketing Director at Heidi Health, you will lead regional marketing and demand generation across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, playing a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence in high-growth markets while aligning with global business objectives to drive pipeline growth and brand impact.
- • You will own and execute the APAC marketing strategy, prioritising efforts across core markets, localising global campaigns for regional relevance, and identifying market-specific opportunities for expansion, ensuring all initiatives are tied to revenue and growth metrics.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading end-to-end demand generation through digital, events, partnerships, and outbound initiatives; partnering closely with sales to drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and conversion; building and optimising multi-channel campaigns for measurable ROI; and owning regional marketing targets and tactics.
- • You will establish and grow Heidi’s brand presence across APAC by developing go-to-market strategies for new markets, segments, or product launches; managing regional PR, content, and thought leadership initiatives—both insourced and via partners—and ensuring consistent, culturally resonant messaging.
- • You will build and lead a high-performing regional marketing function, either directly or through agencies and partners; manage external agencies across content, PR, and campaign execution; and establish scalable processes and reporting frameworks to support efficiency and accountability.
- • Heidi Health is a mission-driven healthtech company building an AI Care Partner that supports clinicians in delivering continuous, human-centered care; in just 18 months, the platform has powered over 73 million patient visits across 116 countries, with more than two million weekly visits globally, backed by nearly $100 million in funding and partnerships with leading health systems like the NHS and Monash Health.
- • The company operates on core values of building to last, owning your practice, moving fast while staying steady, and making others better—fostering a culture where ideas rise on merit, trust is paramount, and continuous growth is shared across teams.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in B2B demand generation, regional market expansion, and healthcare technology marketing while working alongside doctors, engineers, designers, and creatives who are passionate about improving clinical workflows.
- • You will develop leadership skills in scaling regional marketing functions, managing cross-functional and cross-cultural stakeholder relationships, and aligning marketing with sales to drive measurable business outcomes in diverse APAC markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12+ years of marketing experience, with strong preference for regional (APAC) market experience
- • Proven success in B2B demand generation and pipeline ownership, preferably in technology, SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise software
- • Background in healthcare or regulated industries is a strong plus; comfort operating as a generalist marketer across brand, growth, product, and field marketing
🏖️ Benefits
- • Flexible hybrid working environment with 3 days in the office per week
- • Generous personal development budget of $500 per annum
- • Opportunity to receive equity (shares) in the company, aligning personal success with Heidi’s growth
- • Access to learn from top engineers, designers, and creatives in a diverse, mission-driven team
- • Chance to create global impact by contributing to a healthtech platform powering over two million patient visits weekly worldwide
