Growth Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Growth Marketing Manager at Nebius Group N.V., you will drive activation, conversion, and product-led growth by sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, and data to run experiments and improve the full funnel from acquisition through retention. This role is critical to scaling Nebius’s AI cloud infrastructure offerings by turning product usage into sustainable revenue growth.
• • Day to day, you will optimize onboarding and activation flows, improve free-to-paid conversion rates, design and run A/B tests across product and landing pages, partner with product on in-app messaging and growth experiments, build lifecycle campaigns tied to product behavior, identify funnel friction and propose solutions, and own the experimentation roadmap and growth reporting.
