• • The Marketing and Events Coordinator Intern will support brand awareness, marketing operations, and event execution across Precision Medicine Group’s businesses, contributing to the company’s mission in the life sciences sector by ensuring smooth coordination of marketing and event initiatives.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with internal and external communications, maintaining marketing calendars and event schedules, supporting social media content drafting and scheduling, distributing marketing resources like white papers and videos, coordinating event logistics (registrations, vendor coordination, collateral shipping), providing day-of-event support, and helping track leads and event performance using Excel for ROI and engagement analysis.
• • Precision Medicine Group is a dynamic, fast-growing organization in the precision medicine and life sciences space, offering interns exposure to cross-functional collaboration between marketing, business development, sales, and creative teams in a fully remote, U.S.-based environment.
• • The intern will gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, event planning and execution, lead tracking, CRM-supported reporting, and professional communication—building foundational skills in marketing analytics, project coordination, and life sciences industry knowledge while working with tools like Excel, Zoom, Teams, and potentially HubSpot, Salesforce, or Canva.
