- • As an API Integration Specialist at TraceGains, a Veralto company, you will play a critical role in enabling seamless technical integrations for consumer brands using the TraceGains Network, helping reduce supply chain risk and improve data accuracy through API, SSO, and email workflow support.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing real-time customer support via video calls and email for API, SSO, and email integrations during U.S. business hours; troubleshooting API and SSO configurations with external development teams and internal stakeholders; constructing and executing API calls using tools like Postman or scripting to validate integrations; analyzing and mapping data structures between TraceGains and external systems; supporting enterprise email integrations using Microsoft Graph, SMTP, POP3, and IMAP4 protocols; and assisting with standard configuration setups for new customers following established implementation processes.
- • You will join the Customer Success Technical Implementation Services Team, reporting to the Customer Success, Technical Services Manager, and collaborate directly with customers, external development partners, and internal R&D teams to ensure successful implementations and issue resolution in a fully remote role based in the United States.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in API integrations, SSO, and enterprise email systems while contributing to meaningful work that safeguards vital resources like clean water, safe food, and medicine through Veralto’s mission-driven technology solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- • 1–3 years of experience in API integrations, technical support, or a related technical role
- • Working knowledge of REST and/or SOAP APIs, including authentication methods such as API keys and OAuth
- • Experience using API tools (e.g., Postman) or scripting to construct and test API calls
- • Understanding of SSO concepts and identity provider configurations
- • Bilingual fluency in Spanish is preferred
