- • The Apparel - Sourcing Manager, Men's Sweaters role at Quince, Inc. is a strategic position responsible for building and leading the Men's Sweaters sourcing function from the ground up, directly supporting the company's mission to deliver high-quality essentials at radically low prices through sustainable and ethical production.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include scouting and onboarding new vendor partners in Northeast Europe (NE & EUR) for Men's Sweaters, managing supplier relationships, driving operational excellence in cost, quality, and lead time, overseeing material sourcing from T1 to T3 suppliers, conducting open costing negotiations, managing supplier capacity to scale with growth, and acting as an ambassador to partners while improving processes and SOPs for faster speed and continuous improvement.

- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in global apparel sourcing, build scalable supply chains from scratch, influence product cost and speed-to-market for the USA, Canada, and Europe, lead cross-functional and multinational initiatives, and grow into a leadership position shaping Quince’s sourcing strategy and sustainability impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in Men’s apparel categories, specifically Men’s Sweaters, with high-end national brands in the United States and Europe
- • Proven ability to identify, onboard, and scale vendor partners from scratch, including negotiating open costing structures and managing T1 to T3 supplier relationships
- • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset with a focus on execution, process improvement, and commercial understanding of global sourcing landscapes
