- • The Apparel - Sourcing Manager, Women's Woven Tops role at Quince, Inc. is a strategic position focused on building and leading the sourcing function for women's woven tops from scratch, with potential expansion into other categories. This role is critical to Quince’s mission of delivering high-quality, sustainably produced essentials at radically low prices by cutting out middlemen and leveraging just-in-time manufacturing.
- • Day to day, the Sourcing Manager will scout and onboard new vendor partners in Northeast Europe and the EU who can produce high-quality women's woven tops with fast lead times, manage existing supplier relationships to improve cost, quality, and commercial terms, drive material sourcing from T1 to T3 suppliers, lead costing negotiations using open cost breakdown expertise, manage supplier capacity to match company growth, and act as an ambassador to partners while driving higher product launch success rates through improved development speed and hit-rate on reviews, returns, and sales.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in women's apparel categories, specifically women's woven tops, with high-end national brands in the United States and Europe
- • Proven experience in supply chain or operations management with a strong understanding of the retail landscape
- • Expertise in open costing breakdown and the ability to construct validated cost structures/templates for negotiations without relying solely on vendor data
- • Demonstrated ability to scout, pitch, and onboard vendor partners quickly with clear criteria for testing and scaling
- • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset with a focus on execution and process improvement
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative nature and ability to work across diverse functions and nationalities
