- • In your day-to-day, you will engage directly with customer engineering teams, acting as their primary technical point of contact. This involves deeply understanding their unique operational environments, identifying pain points, and meticulously adapting Sift's powerful telemetry platform to align with their specific requirements. A significant part of your role will be the development of bespoke solutions and seamless integrations, utilizing Sift's robust APIs to address and resolve customer-defined problems. You will be the voice of the customer within Sift, expertly translating their feedback, challenges, and desired functionalities into clear, actionable insights for our product and core engineering teams. This feedback loop is crucial for ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of technological advancement and directly addresses real-world demands.
