📋 Description

• As an Applications Engineer 2 (Sales System Engineer 2) at Twilio, you will join the GTM Automation team to evolve and enhance Salesforce-based systems that power global sales operations, directly impacting how hundreds of thousands of businesses engage with customers.
• Day to day, you will design and build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and JavaScript; participate in technical analysis and integration design; review code quality; refactor legacy systems for extensibility; and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical features.
• You’ll be part of a remote-first, globally distributed team at Twilio that values innovation, inclusion, and connection—where your work contributes to shaping the future of communications technology while working from anywhere in India.
• This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in Salesforce development, expand into adjacent technologies like AI tools and data platforms, and grow as a full-stack systems engineer influencing enterprise-scale GTM automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and JavaScript in Agile development environments
• Proficiency in Force.com coding standards, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and experience optimizing Salesforce systems handling millions of rows of data
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in Salesforce, including writing unit tests with assertions and translating technical requirements into independent features
• Experience with version control systems (GIT or SVN) and familiarity with CSS, HTML, and jQuery for frontend customization
