📋 Description

• • The Applications Onboarding & Configuration Analyst at Datavant manages routine client configurations and non-complex updates, supports onboarding and integration for new clients, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure configuration changes align with workflow requirements, playing a critical role in maintaining system reliability and reducing configuration errors through standardized procedures.
• • Day to day, the Analyst defines and executes configuration specifications, troubleshoots and resolves configuration issues, provides technical support to clients and internal teams, communicates updates to Client Success and Support teams, participates in regular cross-functional meetings, maintains configuration documentation, identifies process improvements, and reports on configuration progress, issues, and resolutions to management.
