📋 Description
- • Serve as the primary strategic partner and post-sale point of contact for enterprise customers, guiding them through end-to-end implementation of Taktile’s AI-driven decision-making platform.
- • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Data to deliver high-impact customer projects on time and within scope.
- • Translate complex business problems in financial services into actionable workflows and product configurations on the Taktile platform.
- • Become a subject-matter expert in the Taktile platform and its ability to unlock business value for customers in areas such as onboarding, underwriting, and fraud detection.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and core end-users within customer organizations.
- • Identify and drive opportunities for product expansion and increased adoption within existing customer accounts.
- • Gather and synthesize customer feedback and usage insights to inform product development and refine delivery playbooks in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
- • Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, clearly communicating technical challenges and solutions to both non-technical stakeholders and engineers.
- • Manage multiple concurrent customer implementations, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- • Travel up to 40% of the time to meet with customers and support on-site implementations.
- • Contribute to shaping how enterprise SaaS solutions are delivered at scale within the financial services industry.
- • Work directly with founding team members in a flat organizational structure, where challenging the status quo and voicing ideas are actively encouraged.
- • Utilize equipment of choice, including a meaningful home office setup, to support effective remote and hybrid work.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of experience in tech consulting, tech implementation, or customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS
- • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team environments across startups or enterprises
- • Technical fluency to communicate AI-related challenges and solutions to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
- • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder expectations in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
