- • Design, build, and optimize AI-powered features integrated directly into insurance workflows including quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, claims, and customer operations.
- • Develop and refine LLM-based interactions for both customer-facing and internal systems, ensuring AI outputs are structured, reliable, and production-ready.
- • Engineer prompts, reasoning flows, and validation layers to improve consistency and safety of AI behavior in real-world use cases.
- • Evaluate model performance using real-world data, user feedback, and experimentation frameworks to drive continuous improvement of AI features.
- • Implement guardrails, fallback logic, and validation mechanisms to reduce errors and ensure predictable AI behavior under edge cases.
- • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate AI capabilities into REST APIs and existing product workflows.
- • Design and deploy AI-driven automation features such as chat interfaces, recommendation engines, and decision-support tools within insurance systems.
- • Analyze user behavior and model response patterns to identify performance bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancement.
- • Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ship end-to-end AI features from concept to production.
- • Contribute to system-level AI design decisions focused on usability, scalability, and measurable real-world impact.
- • Ensure AI features are testable, measurable, and continuously improved through A/B testing and analytics-driven iteration.
- • Maintain high standards of reliability and safety in AI deployments, prioritizing user experience over model complexity.
- • Own the full lifecycle of AI features—from initial prototyping to production monitoring and iterative refinement.
- • Operate within a globally distributed engineering team, coordinating across time zones to deliver scalable AI solutions for millions of users across Southeast Asia and beyond.
- • Apply modern engineering practices to balance speed of delivery with system reliability, focusing on practical outcomes over theoretical performance.
- • Use Python and Node.js to develop and deploy AI integrations, leveraging LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models) and prompt engineering frameworks.
- • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to access and analyze user and model data for performance evaluation and feature optimization.
- • Utilize experimentation and analytics tools to measure the impact of AI features on task completion rates, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- • Optionally leverage vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) for retrieval-augmented generation and contextual AI interactions.

- • Strong software engineering background in production environments
