- • As an Applied AI Engineer at myTomorrows, you will help the company become more AI-native by building production-capable internal tools, workflow automations, agents, and integrations that solve real business problems through close collaboration with internal teams such as Operations, Regulatory, Commercial, and Marketing.
- • Your day-to-day work involves embedding with teams to map workflows, identify high-leverage AI intervention points, build reliable systems with measurable success criteria, and hand off solutions with clear ownership, documentation, and evaluation frameworks so teams can sustain them independently.
- • You will join a small, high-leverage AI Acceleration initiative focused on safely applying AI across the organization, working in a global health tech scale-up that connects patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, and BioPharma companies to improve access to treatments in development.
- • In this role, you will learn how to design reusable AI patterns, guardrails, and evaluation practices; gain experience in agentic engineering and AI-assisted development; and help shape a culture where AI adoption is driven by measurable outcomes in correctness, security, maintainability, and business value.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in product, platform, backend, fullstack, startup, or scale-up environments
- • Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience building and maintaining reliable systems
- • Experience with backend development, ideally using Python and modern API development
- • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- • Hands-on experience with AI agents, agentic engineering, LLM APIs, RAG, MCPs, Skills, and workflow automation
