- • As an Applied AI Product Manager at Clipboard Health Inc., you will own product surfaces where AI can meaningfully transform customer experiences in healthcare staffing, directly contributing to the company’s mission of uplifting communities by connecting healthcare professionals with workplaces that need them.
- • You will talk directly with customers, analyze support tickets and workflows, identify high-leverage AI opportunities, ship working prototypes quickly using LLMs, APIs, and product code, define and measure success metrics tied to customer value, and ensure solutions remain durable over time through continuous validation.
- • You will join a remote-first, profitable team of over 1,000 people founded in 2016, operating within Operations and reporting to the Head of Operations, in a fast-paced environment where shipping in days—not quarters—is the norm and ownership is paramount.
- • You will develop strong end-to-end product ownership skills, gain hands-on experience applying AI to real-world operational problems, sharpen your ability to make decisive scope calls, and learn how to ship value quickly by validating outcomes in real customer contexts rather than relying on consensus or perfection.

- • You’ve shipped AI-powered features to real users (not just internal tools or demos)
- • You can read code, query a database, and prompt an LLM with precision as daily tools
- • You have a strong bias for action and prefer shipping something imperfect Tuesday over something polished next month
- • You validate and ship value quickly by going deep into customer sessions, tickets, and workflows
- • You think in tradeoffs, not best practices, and can make hard scope calls to focus on the 20% of ideas that actually ship
