📋 Description

• As an Applied AI Product Manager at Clipboard Health Inc., you will own product surfaces where AI can meaningfully transform how healthcare professionals and workplaces experience the platform, directly contributing to the company’s mission of uplifting communities by enabling financial stability for workers and essential care for millions.
• Day to day, you will talk directly with customers, analyze support tickets and workflow sessions to identify operational pain points, then scope high-leverage AI opportunities that improve real customer outcomes—not just trendy applications—by shipping working prototypes in days, not quarters, using LLMs, APIs, and product code while defining and holding yourself to success metrics tied to customer value.
• You will join a remote-first, profitable team of over 1,000 people founded in 2016, operating within the Operations organization and reporting to the Head of Operations, where you’ll collaborate across engineering, design, and data teams to build durable AI-driven solutions that scale across Long-Term Care, Home Health, Hospitals, and beyond.
• In this role, you will learn to make hard scope calls by saying no to 80% of ideas to ensure the 20% that ships delivers real impact, validate outcomes continuously, and improve workflows over time—growing your ability to ship AI-powered features fast, think in tradeoffs, and operate with high ownership in a mission-driven, high-growth environment.

🎯 Requirements

• You’ve shipped AI-powered features to real users (not just internal tools or demos)
• You can read code, query a database, and prompt an LLM with precision as daily tools
• You have a strong bias for action and prefer shipping something imperfect Tuesday over something polished next month
• You validate and ship value quickly by going deep into customer sessions, tickets, and workflows instead of relying on consensus
