• • As an Applied Machine Learning Engineer at Allstate, you will design, build, and operate machine learning models that deliver real business impact across the full ML lifecycle—including data exploration, feature engineering, model building, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement—working within a collaborative, innovative team focused on pushing the boundaries of AI-driven customer experience solutions.
• • Day to day, you will engage in pair programming and test-driven development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and deploy ML models using Python and ML libraries, perform SQL-based data exploration, apply model evaluation techniques like SHAP, and contribute to continuous innovation cycles of research, testing, analysis, and delivery, with responsibilities scaling by level from supporting model development to leading end-to-end initiatives and mentoring junior engineers.
