📋 Description

• As an Applied Value Engineer at Celonis, you will push the envelope in solving mission-critical problems for strategic customers by translating their objectives into value assessments, building Celonis solutions using cutting-edge AI technologies, and driving measurable business impact across processes and industries.
• Day to day, you will understand customer AI strategy and business challenges, identify and frame high-impact use cases, build demos and business cases, facilitate value workshops, present results to C-level executives, and manage the end-to-end customer value journey including adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• You will join a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, working with one of the world’s fastest-growing enterprise SaaS companies that is pushing the boundaries of AI-driven business operations through its Process Intelligence Graph.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in process improvement, AI solutioning, executive stakeholder management, and project leadership while contributing to sustainable business transformation and gaining ownership through RSUs and merit-based grants.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment, ideally in solution consulting, sales engineering, or IT/management consulting with a SaaS provider or consultancy
• Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle), experience with RPA, BI tools, dashboard/app development, and action flows; hands-on SQL and Python experience preferred
• Experience in identifying business use cases for process improvement, deploying improvement measures, and training users/process owners to realize value; domain knowledge in supply chain, finance, CPG, BFSI, or manufacturing is a plus
• Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple aligned accounts at different stages of the value journey
• Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives, with excellent English communication and presentation skills
