- • Approve transcriptions that meet all criteria or reject them with clear, specific, and actionable written feedback explaining the error.
- • Identify and correct errors in punctuation, capitalization, formatting, and application of the official style guide.
- • Ensure transcriptions reflect proper German language conventions, including regional dialects and linguistic nuances where applicable.
- • Provide constructive feedback to data analysts to help improve overall transcription quality and consistency across the dataset.
- • Flag recurring patterns of errors or systemic issues to the project lead for process improvement and guideline refinement.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment while maintaining strict adherence to quality benchmarks.
- • Maintain consistent productivity within a 10–20 hour weekly commitment over a 6-week project duration, with potential for extension.
- • Ensure all work is completed using a reliable computer, high-quality headphones, and a stable internet connection to guarantee audio clarity and transcription precision.
- • Contribute to an AI training data initiative that enhances the cultural relevance and linguistic inclusivity of global voice AI systems.
- • Follow structured protocols for data validation without deviation, ensuring uniformity across thousands of audio segments.
- • Work exclusively with German-language audio content, requiring deep familiarity with modern and formal German usage.
- • Deliver high-volume, high-accuracy reviews under time-sensitive conditions while preserving attention to minute linguistic details.
- • Participate in a high-profile collaboration between Welo Data and one of the world’s leading voice AI platforms.
- • Operate within a freelance, time-bound engagement with no expectation of long-term employment beyond the 6-week term.
