- • Review short audio clips (approximately 5 seconds) in Polish to verify transcription accuracy against provided audio content.
- • Approve transcriptions that fully comply with quality guidelines or reject those containing errors with clear, specific, and actionable feedback.
- • Correct errors in punctuation, capitalization, formatting, and adherence to the project’s style guide for Polish language usage.
- • Ensure transcriptions reflect spoken content precisely, including hesitations, filler words, and background noises as specified in guidelines.
- • Collaborate with Analysts by providing constructive feedback to improve transcription quality across the team.
- • Identify and document recurring transcription errors or guideline ambiguities to escalate to the project lead for process improvement.
- • Maintain consistent quality standards across all assigned audio segments within tight deadlines.
- • Work exclusively with Polish-language audio data to support the training of a global voice AI platform.
- • Adhere strictly to project protocols, confidentiality agreements, and data handling procedures for sensitive audio content.
- • Complete assigned tasks within a 10–20 hour weekly commitment over a 6-week project period, with potential for extension.
- • Use provided tools and platforms to submit approvals, rejections, and feedback in a structured digital workflow.
- • Ensure all outputs meet the high-precision standards required by one of the world’s leading voice AI companies.
- • Maintain high accuracy rates while managing volume efficiently across multiple daily transcription reviews.
- • Participate in onboarding and training sessions to fully understand project-specific guidelines before beginning work.
- • Remain responsive to updates or revisions to transcription guidelines during the project duration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native or near-native proficiency in Polish language
- • Strong attention to detail in written Polish, including punctuation, grammar, and formatting
- • Ability to follow detailed style guides and quality standards consistently
- • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or device for audio playback and transcription review
- • Availability to work 10–20 hours per week for a 6-week period
- • Experience reviewing or transcribing audio content in Polish preferred
