- • Review short audio clips (approximately 5 seconds) in Spanish to verify transcription accuracy for a high-profile AI training data project.
- • Approve transcriptions that fully comply with quality guidelines or reject those with errors, providing clear, actionable feedback for correction.
- • Identify and correct inaccuracies in punctuation, capitalization, formatting, and adherence to specified style guides.
- • Ensure transcriptions reflect proper linguistic nuances of Colombian Spanish, including regional expressions and pronunciation patterns.
- • Collaborate with Analysts by offering constructive feedback to improve transcription quality and consistency across the team.
- • Flag recurring transcription errors or systemic issues to the project lead for process improvement and guideline refinement.
- • Work within strict quality benchmarks to maintain high standards for AI model training data used by a leading global voice AI platform.
- • Maintain consistent output across all assigned tasks while adhering to project timelines and weekly hour commitments.
- • Work remotely with no in-person requirements, using provided digital tools to access audio files and submit verification results.
- • Complete tasks within a 10–20 hour weekly commitment for a fixed duration of up to 6 weeks, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
- • Follow all confidentiality and data security protocols when handling sensitive audio and transcription data.
- • Ensure all submissions are timely, accurate, and aligned with the project’s linguistic and technical specifications.
- • Participate in onboarding and training materials to fully understand quality standards and verification protocols before beginning work.
- • Maintain attention to detail across high-volume, repetitive tasks without compromising accuracy or consistency.
- • Communicate effectively with project coordinators regarding ambiguities in audio content or unclear guidelines.
- • Do not alter the meaning of spoken content; transcriptions must reflect verbatim speech as accurately as possible within stylistic constraints.
- • Avoid personal interpretation or embellishment of audio content; focus solely on factual transcription verification.
- • Use provided reference materials and style guides to resolve uncertainties in punctuation, speaker identification, or formatting.
- • Prioritize quality over speed while meeting weekly productivity targets.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native or near-native fluency in Colombian Spanish
- • Strong attention to detail in written Spanish, including punctuation, grammar, and formatting
- • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or device for remote work
- • Availability to work 10–20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks
- • Experience reviewing or transcribing audio content in Spanish is preferred
