- • Review short audio clips (approximately 5 seconds) in Swedish to verify transcription accuracy against provided guidelines.
- • Approve transcriptions that meet quality standards or reject those with errors, providing clear, actionable feedback for correction.
- • Identify and correct mistakes in punctuation, capitalization, formatting, and adherence to the specified style guide.
- • Ensure transcriptions reflect accurate spoken content, including proper handling of dialects, accents, and colloquialisms in Swedish.
- • Collaborate with Analysts by offering constructive feedback to improve transcription quality across the project.
- • Flag recurring transcription errors or systemic issues to the project lead for process improvement and guideline refinement.
- • Work within strict quality benchmarks to maintain consistency and reliability in AI training data output.
- • Adhere to confidentiality protocols and data handling procedures for sensitive audio and transcription content.
- • Maintain high productivity while working within a 10–20 hour weekly commitment over a 6-week project duration.
- • Complete tasks using provided digital tools and platforms designed for audio transcription verification.
- • Respond promptly to quality audits and feedback loops to ensure continuous alignment with project standards.
- • Demonstrate attention to detail in identifying subtle errors such as misheard words, omitted particles, or incorrect sentence boundaries.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining consistent output quality across all assigned tasks.
- • Participate in onboarding and training sessions to fully understand project-specific guidelines and quality expectations.
- • Contribute to the development of high-quality AI voice models by ensuring transcriptions reflect natural, real-world Swedish speech patterns.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native or near-native proficiency in Swedish with demonstrated ability to understand regional dialects and colloquial usage
- • Strong attention to detail with proven experience in transcription, proofreading, or linguistic quality assurance
- • Reliable internet connection and ability to use digital platforms for audio review and feedback submission
- • Availability to work 10–20 hours per week for a 6-week period, starting ASAP
- • Ability to follow detailed style guides and apply them consistently across large volumes of short audio clips
- • Prior experience working on AI training data projects or in language data annotation is preferred
