📋 Description

• The AR Analyst plays a key role in maintaining smooth and efficient auto payment processes, ensuring timely resolution of accounts receivable and supporting customer payment solutions.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing account follow-ups, tracking payments, monitoring aging reports, executing collections efforts, overseeing Stripe transactions, and resolving payment issues while escalating complex cases as needed.
• The role is part of a mission-driven fintech company focused on simplifying resident experiences through its Resident Experience Platform, serving property managers, residents, and investors with innovative payment and service solutions.
• The analyst will build foundational expertise in Accounts Receivable, gain hands-on experience with Stripe, NetSuite, and Salesforce, and develop skills in financial operations, problem-solving, and customer communication, with clear pathways for growth into more advanced AR roles.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Customer Service, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage tasks accurately and independently
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and payment platforms like Stripe
• Knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite platforms
• Familiarity with collections processes, risk assessment, and negotiation techniques
