- • As an AR Billing Specialist at Heidi Health, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s rapid global growth by managing the Order to Cash (O2C) process for US and Canada regions, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and smooth revenue flow in a SaaS environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing invoicing, cash application, dispute resolution, customer account reconciliations, and serving as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries from North American clients, all while working a night shift aligned with PST/PDT hours.
- • You will join a mission-driven, innovative team of doctors, engineers, designers, and researchers at Heidi Health, a fast-growing healthtech company backed by nearly $100 million in funding, dedicated to reducing administrative burden on clinicians through AI-powered tools used in over 116 countries.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS-based accounts receivable, strengthen your analytical and communication skills, contribute to process automation and month-end close activities, and grow your finance career within a scalable, global organization that values ownership, innovation, and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to interpret data and identify process improvements
- • Experience with subscription-based billing and AR processes in a SaaS or recurring revenue model
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging internal teams and external customers across time zones
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- • Willingness and ability to work a night shift schedule aligned with PST/PDT business hours
