📋 Description

• The Arabic Language Manager role at OKX Technology Services Pte. Ltd. is critical to ensuring Arabic-speaking users receive a native, culturally resonant product experience—not just translated content. This role sits within the Globalization team and directly impacts product readiness, localization quality, and market performance for one of the world’s leading crypto exchanges.
• Day to day, the role involves leading Arabic language quality initiatives, applying AI/LLM tools to localization workflows, conducting UX testing and linguistic reviews, managing translation assets (style guides, glossaries, TMs), partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure RTL compliance and cultural appropriateness, advocating for Arabic-speaking users through feedback synthesis, managing vendors, and turning market and performance data into actionable improvements in acquisition, conversion, and engagement.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-assisted localization, become a strategic leader in language quality and market adaptation for the Arabic-speaking world, gain cross-functional influence in product development, and directly contribute to measurable business outcomes through culturally intelligent localization—positioning you as a key driver of OKX’s global expansion in the MENA region.

🎯 Requirements

• Native fluency in Arabic and business proficiency in English
• BA or equivalent in translation, linguistics, content marketing, communications, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in Arabic translation, localization, or LQA with a proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, MT engines) in localization workflows, including prompt design, AI output QA, and post-editing
• Proficiency with Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS)
