- • The Architect & Engineering Manager role at Axis Communications AB is a home-office based position in the United Kingdom, focused on driving the Architecture & Engineering (A&E) program to strengthen relationships with consultants and specifiers in the video surveillance industry. This role is pivotal in aligning Axis’s innovative security solutions with market needs, acting as a brand ambassador and thought leader to promote end-to-end solutions across the UK, Ireland, and broader EMEA regions.
- • Day to day, the role involves cultivating and managing business relationships with A&E program members, building new consultant relationships, advising on Axis network product specifications, supporting focus accounts, educating the consultant community on industry challenges and Axis design tools, defining regional strategy in alignment with EMEA Head, NEE, and UK & Ireland teams, building project pipelines through product specification, and collaborating virtually with global sales peers to share best practices. Travel across the UK and occasional travel to Nordic countries are required.

🎯 Requirements
- • Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- • Experience developing and executing business plans that exceed objectives
- • Articulate with engaging presentation skills
- • Self-driven and motivated with a creative, can-do attitude
- • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
