• • The Area Director of Revenue Management leads strategic revenue initiatives across multiple hotels to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, playing a critical role in driving financial performance for Pyramid Global Hospitality’s portfolio of 230+ properties.
• • Day to day, the role involves analyzing demand, historical performance, and market trends; optimizing RevPAR through dynamic pricing and inventory controls; conducting competitive price analyses; translating data into actionable recommendations; partnering with Sales on group pricing strategies; managing distribution channels; leading weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings; and advising senior leadership and ownership.
