  • • Own and expand a high-value dealer portfolio across Greater Indianapolis, turning every franchise rooftop into a revenue-generating partner for GoFi’s next-gen lending platform.
  • • Drive aggressive loan-volume growth by prospecting new franchise dealerships, negotiating agreements, and deepening share-of-wallet with existing partners through consultative, data-driven conversations.
  • • Serve as the primary face of GoFi in your territory—conducting on-site visits, virtual trainings, and quarterly business reviews that position you as a strategic advisor rather than just another vendor.
  • • Translate complex credit policies and AI-driven decision engines into simple, compelling talking points that finance managers can use to close more deals and increase approval rates.
  • • Partner daily with your dedicated Dealer Specialist to troubleshoot deal-level issues, expedite funding, and deliver a seamless end-to-end experience that keeps dealers loyal and vocal advocates.
  • • Analyze territory dashboards, market penetration reports, and competitive intel to identify whitespace opportunities, then craft and execute targeted action plans that move the needle within 30, 60, and 90-day windows.
  • • Design and deliver high-impact training sessions—both one-on-one and group—that ramp new partners in under two weeks and keep veteran stores continuously optimizing their GoFi programs.
  • • Champion product feedback loops by relaying dealer insights to Product, Risk, and Marketing teams, influencing roadmap decisions that sharpen GoFi’s competitive edge.
  • • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual loan-volume, revenue, and dealer-satisfaction targets while maintaining full compliance with state and federal lending regulations.
  • • Travel locally 60–70 % of the time across Indianapolis and surrounding metros, managing your own calendar, territory budget, and CRM hygiene without missing a beat.
  • • Model the DriveTime Family culture—celebrating wins, mentoring peers, and embodying an entrepreneurial spirit that turns obstacles into opportunities.
  • • Leverage Salesforce and other tech tools to maintain meticulous records, forecast accurately, and provide leadership with real-time visibility into territory health.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of outside, quota-carrying sales experience in indirect auto finance, F&I products, or a closely related B2B field selling into dealerships
  • • Demonstrated track record of building relationships and driving production across a defined geographic territory
  • • High-school diploma required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • • Ability to present confidently to dealer principals, general managers, and finance directors, translating complex programs into clear value propositions
  • • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Greater Indianapolis area and possess reliable transportation for daily local travel
  • • Nice-to-have: working knowledge of indirect auto-decisioning workflows and familiarity with AI-driven lending platforms
