  • • Your primary responsibility will be to drive the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and clients.
  • • **Sourcing and Interviewing Excellence:**
  • • Proactively source candidates utilizing a diverse range of search methodologies across the top 3-4 leading recruitment platforms to build and sustain a comprehensive candidate pipeline.
  • • Conduct thorough pre-screening of candidates by meticulously reviewing resumes and engaging in insightful phone screenings to evaluate their relevant knowledge, technical skills, crucial soft skills, professional experience, and overall aptitude for client-specific roles.
  • • Execute internal assessments, including initial pre-screening, grammar evaluations, and in-depth initial interviews, to gauge candidate suitability.
  • • Prepare detailed candidate profiles, compelling resumes, and professional correspondence to present to clients, highlighting candidate fit and requesting necessary references.
  • • Oversee and manage the entire interview and selection process, ensuring a fair and effective evaluation of all applicants.
  • • **Project Management Acumen:**
  • • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to precisely define job descriptions and document detailed role specifications.
  • • Develop and meticulously maintain comprehensive project documentation related to each recruitment initiative.
  • • Actively monitor recruitment projects from inception through to completion, tracking progress and ensuring timely execution.
  • • Maintain constant communication with Recruitment Managers, providing regular updates on project status and performance.
  • • Prepare and submit timely and accurate project status reports to Recruitment Managers, highlighting key milestones and outcomes.
  • • Proactively report and escalate any project-related challenges or significant developments to Recruitment Managers as required.
  • • **Candidate Management and Engagement:**
  • • Proactively engage with candidates, keeping them informed and 'warm' by providing regular updates on relevant job postings and their application status.
  • • Communicate assessment and interview results to candidates promptly and professionally, fostering a positive candidate experience.
  • • **Client Relationship Management:**
  • • Engage in clear and effective communication with clients to gain a profound understanding of their specific hiring needs, organizational culture, and strategic business goals.
  • • Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships built on reliability and exceptional service.
  • • Skillfully present shortlisted candidates to clients, articulating their strengths and suitability for the role.
  • • Efficiently coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client point-of-contacts or hiring managers.
  • • Maintain close collaboration with partners and clients, providing consistent status updates on candidate progress and offering insightful recommendations to hiring managers.
  • • **Industry Insight and Continuous Improvement:**
  • • Stay consistently informed about the latest recruiting trends, innovative methodologies, and best practices within the talent acquisition landscape.
  • • Develop and implement sustainable candidate lead generation strategies to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality talent.
  • • **General Duties:**
  • • Undertake other assigned duties as necessary to support the team and organizational objectives.
