📋 Description

• • Lead the visual identity and creative direction for Fresh Prints, a fast-growing NYC-based custom apparel brand, ensuring all brand assets reflect a consistent, compelling story that resonates with collegiate audiences and drives business impact.
• • Own brand system development including color, typography, photography direction, and iconography; art direct campaigns, product launches, and marketing collateral; set and uphold visual standards across the Creative team; collaborate with Creative Director, Brand, and Marketing to align creative work with business goals.
• • Join a high-performing, remote-first team where creativity is tied to strategy and impact — led by a Creative Director who rose from artist to leader, fostering a culture where design serves brand value, not just aesthetics.
• • Develop systems thinking, strategic creative leadership, and cross-functional influence; evolve from executing designs to shaping brand vision, mentoring teammates, and scaling creative operations at a growing brand.
