• • As Art Director at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will own and evolve the company’s visual identity across all touchpoints, translating business and marketing goals into strong creative concepts and scalable visual systems while balancing long-term brand building with fast, high-impact execution.
• • You will be deeply involved in end-to-end creative work — from concept to final execution — producing high-quality assets for key campaigns, improving workflows for speed and quality, and using feedback and data to continuously refine creative output.
• • You will lead and mentor a small, high-performing creative team, setting a strong bar for craft, clarity, and speed, providing actionable feedback, and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement through hands-on leadership.
