ASG Senior AI-Native Software Engineer

📋 Description

• • This role is a hands-on builder and enabler for ASG’s portfolio companies, leading and contributing to software development projects across the full stack using AI-native and agentic coding techniques to accelerate delivery of production-quality solutions.
• • The person will lead high-impact build projects across ASG portfolio companies, work hands-on across the full stack using AI-native development practices, serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor to engineering teams, train and mentor engineers on AI-native software development, design and host workshops to drive adoption of agentic coding practices, help establish repeatable patterns and best practices, and collaborate with portfolio leadership and product stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI-native development can accelerate execution and create value.
