- • Serve as the primary ASO Specialist responsible for optimizing mobile applications within the iGaming, fintech, and digital entertainment verticals.
- • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and selection to identify high-potential terms and branded phrases that drive organic app visibility and downloads.
- • Collaborate closely with designers to develop and refine visual ASO assets including app icons, screenshots, and preview videos that maximize conversion rates.
- • Perform in-depth market analysis of webview applications to uncover untapped niches and competitive gaps in app store rankings.
- • Utilize ASO analytics platforms such as AsoMobile, AsoDesk, and AppTweak to monitor performance metrics, track ranking fluctuations, and inform strategic adjustments.
- • Execute and manage paid acquisition campaigns for motivated installations to supplement organic growth and validate keyword performance.
- • Maintain a results-driven approach by delivering confirmed, measurable success cases from the past six months, with clear attribution to ASO initiatives.
- • Own end-to-end ASO strategy for assigned applications, from initial optimization to ongoing refinement based on data insights and market trends.
- • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams to align ASO efforts with broader campaign goals and brand messaging.
- • Stay current with evolving app store algorithms, user behavior patterns, and industry best practices in mobile app discovery.
- • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple app listings, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to identify opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and propose data-backed improvements.
- • Communicate clearly and effectively in fluent English, both written and spoken, to report findings, present recommendations, and collaborate with international teams.
- • Contribute to the growth of Medier’s ASO department by introducing innovative tactics and scaling proven strategies across client portfolios.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1.5+ years of experience in CRM, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainment
- • Fluent English (written and spoken)
- • Confirmed successful cases and results over the past six months
- • Experience working with ASO analytics services: AsoMobile/AsoDesk/AppTweak
- • Experience in purchasing motivated installations
- • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
