  • • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive revenue strategy for Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO) products, identifying growth opportunities and delivering measurable financial results across market segments.
  • • Define, communicate, and drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and product direction for AI-enabled, user-centric solutions aligned with organizational mission and client needs in the SGO and K-12 private school markets.
  • • Oversee the end-to-end development and launch of platforms and services leveraging AI, analytics, and emerging technologies to meet evolving client demands and drive innovation.
  • • Build and nurture strategic relationships with SGOs, K-12 private school systems, advisory boards, and design partners to co-create solutions, increase adoption, and establish the organization as a trusted market leader.
  • • Set and manage annual revenue targets, track performance against goals, and adjust strategy and resource allocation to ensure consistent growth and profitability.
  • • Break down high-level strategic objectives into clear, measurable milestones and oversee cross-functional execution across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • • Champion the client experience by implementing personalized, proactive support models and ensuring continuous client feedback directly informs product evolution and feature prioritization.
  • • Inspire and mobilize internal teams to act as brand ambassadors, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and purpose-driven service.
  • • Ensure all product features comply with regulatory requirements, integrate securely, and streamline workflows to reduce client risk, effort, and barriers to adoption.
  • • Deliver compelling, high-impact messaging to clients and internal stakeholders about product strategy, value proposition, and market leadership in the SGO and K-12 private school ecosystem.
  • • Drive client engagement through community events, school outreach programs, and digital engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence and market penetration.
  • • Monitor industry trends, client feedback, and performance metrics to continuously refine product offerings and service delivery models.
  • • Manage a hybrid work environment requiring in-office presence three days per week for associates within 30 miles of an office location, while supporting remote collaboration for others.
  • • Travel 25–40% annually throughout the United States to engage with clients, partners, and internal teams in support of strategic initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–8 years of senior leadership experience in Ed Tech, Fin Tech, or a related industry with a proven track record of delivering innovative, scalable solutions and driving revenue growth.
  • • Demonstrated success building and executing go-to-market and revenue strategies, including ownership of P&L or revenue targets.
  • • Deep understanding of K-12 private school workflows, user-centric design, and compliance requirements in technology or financial services.
  • • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority across product, sales, marketing, and operations.
  • • Demonstrated ability to set strategic vision, manage complex projects, and motivate diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • • Exceptional communication skills with experience delivering high-impact messaging to clients, partners, and internal audiences.
