• • As a Data Governance Specialist at Perk.com Inc., you will play a key role in establishing and scaling data governance efforts within Customer Care, ensuring data quality, consistency, and trustworthiness across all systems and geographies.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building a global data hierarchy, designing tagging and classification processes for agents, defining consistent data definitions across sources, establishing data refresh cadences, owning the Golden Record (Master Data Management), maintaining a comprehensive Data Dictionary, managing data change processes, leveraging AI-assisted tools for automation, driving data literacy through workshops, monitoring data quality KPIs, and serving as the primary point of contact for data-related escalations.
• • You will join Perk’s growing Data team in Barcelona, working within a global company of over 1,800 people across 12 offices, trusted by more than 10,000 companies worldwide, including Wise, On Running, Breitling, and Fabletics, with a mission to eliminate shadow work and power real work through intelligent travel and spend management.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in data governance frameworks, Master Data Management, data taxonomy design, and cross-functional collaboration, while gaining hands-on experience with AI-assisted data tools, cloud data warehouses, and contact centre platforms, positioning you as a trusted data steward and enabler of data-driven decision-making across Customer Care operations.
