- • Design, implement, and manage AI-powered automation workflows across finance, real estate, and retail operations to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- • Conduct site analysis using AI-driven platforms including Placer AI and CoStar to extract market and location insights for business decision-making.
- • Generate actionable business reports using Claude Chat and Claude Skills to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- • Create stakeholder-ready reports and presentations using Figma, ensuring visual clarity, organization, and alignment with business objectives.
- • Build and optimize automated workflows that streamline repetitive tasks across multiple business functions, improving reliability and scalability.
- • Monitor the performance of deployed automation systems and continuously refine workflows to enhance accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs, reporting requirements, and key performance metrics.
- • Ensure all automation initiatives align with measurable business outcomes and strategic goals across departments.
- • Identify new opportunities to integrate AI tools into underutilized or manual operational processes.
- • Research emerging AI technologies and platforms to evaluate their applicability for improving business processes and scalability.
- • Recommend and implement workflow improvements that reduce human intervention, minimize errors, and increase productivity.
- • Deliver clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and operational planning.
- • Maintain documentation of automation workflows, system configurations, and process changes for team alignment and knowledge transfer.
- • Work exclusively during U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST) to support U.S.-based clients and ensure real-time collaboration.
- • Operate in a fully remote environment while maintaining high standards of communication, accountability, and project delivery.
- • Contribute to a culture of innovation by proactively identifying inefficiencies and proposing AI-driven solutions.
- • Track and report on the impact of automation initiatives, including reductions in manual workload and improvements in operational speed.
- • Participate in ongoing training and knowledge sharing to stay current with evolving AI tools and automation best practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, or related technical roles
- • Experience building and managing AI-powered automation systems and workflows
- • Familiarity with Placer AI, CoStar, Claude, and Figma
- • Background in finance, real estate, retail, or operational analytics is highly preferred
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively
