- • Serve as the primary client-facing strategist responsible for developing and executing custom content and SEO strategies for Enterprise B2B clients across Directive’s Performance, Communications, and Commerce divisions.
- • Design and implement holistic marketing strategies aligned with DiscoverabilityOS™ methodology, integrating keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and content production to drive measurable client outcomes.
- • Set data-driven client goals using Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and CRM data, ensuring all goals are reviewed and approved by the Associate Director before client presentation.
- • Manage end-to-end project execution using Asana, delegating tasks to internal specialists, content writers, designers, and clients while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- • Collaborate closely with Project Managers in client pods to ensure all tasks are created, assigned, tracked, and completed with clear deadlines communicated to clients.
- • Craft creative briefs and content campaigns grounded in competitor and audience insights to maximize engagement and conversion across digital touchpoints.
- • Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients via Slack and scheduled touchpoints, providing updates on deliverables, NSM progress, and strategic adjustments outside of bi-weekly meetings.
- • Deliver bi-weekly client meetings, monthly reports, quarterly summaries, and two bi-annual business review presentations that clearly articulate strategy impact and ROI.
- • Monitor and report on key performance indicators including LTV:CAC modeling, customer generation, share of SERP, and content production efficiency to ensure NSM attainment targets are met.
- • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth through upsells, cross-sells, and expansion into additional service lines such as Paid Media or Lifecycle Marketing.
- • Actively solicit client referrals at key moments—such as when a point of contact changes roles or when a client awards a 5/5 CSAT score—to drive organic business development.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with industry tools including Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Ahrefs to inform strategy and diagnose technical SEO issues.
- • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, particularly in AI and automation, and apply emerging insights to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.
- • Build authentic, consultative relationships with clients that extend beyond deliverables, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to their business goals.
- • Work remotely in a fully virtual environment using Zoom and Slack, collaborating with internal teams across time zones while maintaining a professional, reliable work setup with high-speed internet and a dedicated laptop.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record implementing SEO principles including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
- • Experience analyzing website traffic and SEO metrics using Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and similar tools
- • Strong client-facing communication skills with ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
- • Demonstrated experience working in a digital marketing agency environment
- • Proven experience serving B2B tech or SaaS clients
- • Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Asana
