- • Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities with Americas account executives to ensure Singular’s value is fully realized across all cross-functional teams.
- • Identify pain points in advertisers’ existing ad and martech workflows to demonstrate the necessity of Singular’s marketing measurement platform.
- • Conduct live demonstrations of the Singular platform to showcase customer use cases and drive sales momentum.
- • Collaborate directly with prospects’ BI/Analytics, Product, and Developer teams to address technical questions, RFPs/RFIs, and competitive objections.
- • Deploy and manage proof of concepts and product trials from initial scoping through execution, ensuring alignment with defined success criteria in partnership with the Solutions Engineering team.
- • Communicate Singular’s product roadmap and new feature releases to prospects and customers, while capturing and prioritizing their feedback for Product Management and Engineering.
- • Build customer trust through rapid, professional onboarding experiences that establish long-term relationships.
- • Lead product demos, webinars, and customer training sessions designed to accelerate revenue growth and adoption.
- • Partner with Marketing to develop educational materials, training content, and internal resources to support regional sales and customer success teams.
- • Prioritize and document customer-driven product requests, translating them into actionable insights for Product Management.
- • Leverage deep knowledge of performance marketing measurement, attribution models, and marketing data infrastructure to tailor solutions to enterprise-level advertisers.
- • Apply hands-on experience with mobile SDKs, JavaScript tags, and REST APIs to troubleshoot and guide technical implementations during the sales cycle.
- • Understand and articulate the value of SaaS-based business models and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales revenue targets.
- • Utilize familiarity with attribution systems, DMPs, CDPs, ETL structures, and database frameworks to position Singular as the optimal solution for complex marketing analytics needs.
- • Act as a technical bridge between sales, engineering, and customer teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on technical requirements and customer expectations.
- • Evangelize Singular’s AI-powered insights powered by integrations with ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to demonstrate differentiated, no-code analytics capabilities.
- • Work across global time zones to support sales initiatives across the Americas region while coordinating with international teams in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
- • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical objections, and solution paths in CRM systems to ensure visibility and continuity across the sales pipeline.
- • Stay current on competitive landscape shifts in marketing measurement and attribution technologies to effectively counter objections and highlight Singular’s market leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing, value-based selling capacity
- • Deep knowledge of performance marketing measurement & analytics, data management processes, and marketing databases/infrastructure
- • Experience integrating mobile SDKs, JavaScript tags, and REST APIs
- • Experience with SaaS-based business models and a proven track record of attaining sales revenue targets
- • Experience in Ad Tech with attribution and/or analytics SaaS platforms
- • Knowledge of Attribution, DMPs, and CDPs
