- • We are seeking an experienced asset management professional to coach students looking to break into or advance within the industry.
- • This role includes helping students develop a strong application strategy, refining their resume, and preparing for interviews to help them stand out in a competitive field.
- • Ideal candidates have significant hands-on experience in asset management, prior mentoring or coaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping students navigate their career path.
- • Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
- • The Asset Management Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing a coaching program that meets the needs of students.
- • This includes creating and delivering coaching sessions, providing feedback and guidance, and tracking student progress.
- • The Coach will also be responsible for building relationships with students, understanding their career goals, and providing personalized support to help them achieve their objectives.
- • The Coach will work closely with the Leland team to ensure that the coaching program is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- • The Coach will also be responsible for identifying and addressing any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the coaching process.
- • The Coach will be expected to maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, student progress, and any other relevant information.
- • The Coach will also be responsible for providing regular updates to the Leland team on student progress and any other relevant information.
