- • As an Analyst, Asset Resolution at Enterprise Community Partners, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and strategic management of properties within our portfolio. This remote position is crucial for supporting our mission to make a good home possible for millions of families nationwide.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to produce high-level reporting and maintain centralized data management for the Asset Resolution team. This ensures that assigned Directors have the critical data needed to actively manage risk and make informed decisions.
- • You will be instrumental in supporting the Asset Resolution team's evaluation of property financial performance. This involves in-depth analysis and clear communication of findings to various stakeholders.
- • A key aspect of this role is strategic planning with General Partners (GPs)/Sponsors, funders, and regulatory agencies. You will collaborate to find effective solutions for ongoing property-related challenges, demonstrating strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- • You will be responsible for identifying and communicating potential risks and problems through established internal and external reporting procedures, acting as an early warning system for the team.
- • The Analyst will assist in providing essential information to a diverse range of stakeholders, including lenders, government agencies, and investors, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- • You will contribute to the application process for loans and grants specifically for Real Estate Owned (REO) properties, requiring meticulous attention to detail and understanding of financial instruments.
- • Reviewing loan or partnership requirements and tracking key deadlines will be a regular part of your duties, ensuring compliance and proactive management.
- • Completing reports for various agencies and assisting with applications for insurance are critical tasks that require accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
- • You will be involved in collecting and analyzing due diligence information from prospective GPs, as well as providing due diligence packages for their review, establishing a structured and efficient process.
- • Preparing Board and various committee reports will be a significant responsibility, requiring the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise summaries for executive review.
- • You will assist in responding to investor questions, providing them with necessary updates and clarifications regarding their investments.
- • Maintaining the relevant sections of our internal database, specifically the Workout and REO pages within EPIC, is essential for accurate record-keeping and data accessibility.
- • Responsibilities extend to assisting with the collection of financial statements and occupancy information for properties, ensuring data integrity.
- • You will research and understand Loan Participation Agreement (LPA) requirements, such as guarantee provisions, to ensure compliance.
- • Preparing and collecting non-disclosure agreements and managing shared files for due diligence are part of the process for onboarding new partners.
- • Coordinating meetings and establishing due diligence folders for partnerships will streamline collaboration with prospective GPs.
- • Tracking the status of loan closing or legal documents and assisting in obtaining signatures will support the efficient finalization of agreements.
- • Performing ad hoc financial analysis and running cash flow models will provide deeper insights into property performance.
- • You will collect and respond to ad hoc partner and investor reporting requests, ensuring satisfaction and transparency.
- • Assisting with the completion of various local regulatory forms for partnerships, such as Annual Owner’s Certificates and State registrations, is a vital compliance function.
- • Coordinating communication and documentation between internal and external stakeholders, including lenders, state, city, and county entities, will be a key aspect of managing complex property situations.
- • Conducting ad hoc research requests, such as researching warranties or obtaining quotes for services and capital improvements, will support operational needs.
- • You will assist with insurance renewals and application completion, ensuring adequate coverage.
- • Supporting the Workout Committee and Board reports, along with project performance reporting, will contribute to strategic oversight.
- • Filing all completed documents in EPIC and assisting with the management of Workout Committee meetings, approvals, follow-up, and tracking approvals are crucial for operational efficiency.
- • You will assist in ensuring all audits are completed and help prepare REO notices for property entry and exit.
- • Tracking the completion of compliance issues, such as on 8823s, on workout or REO properties is essential for regulatory adherence.
- • You will help track rent increases and provide assistance in applying for grants and loans as needed.
- • Preparing construction draws as needed will support property development and maintenance activities.
- • This role requires the ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
- • You will be expected to establish and maintain solid working relationships with both internal and external customers, fostering a collaborative environment.
