- • Assist in managing client accounts by supporting day-to-day account maintenance and fostering strong client relationships.
- • Support the Account Manager in developing, implementing, and refining account strategies based on client needs and performance data.
- • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of services.
- • Gather, organize, and analyze client account data to generate actionable insights that inform account planning and growth initiatives.
- • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and client-facing materials for meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions.
- • Ensure accurate and consistent documentation of client interactions, project milestones, and service delivery metrics.
- • Help monitor client satisfaction levels and flag potential issues to the Account Manager for prompt resolution.
- • Contribute to the timely follow-up on client requests, renewals, and service adjustments to maintain high service standards.
- • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to align client expectations with internal capabilities and timelines.
- • Maintain up-to-date client records in CRM systems and ensure all account information is accurate and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- • Participate in client onboarding processes, including gathering necessary documentation and coordinating internal handoffs.
- • Assist in preparing agendas, notes, and action items for client calls and meetings, ensuring follow-through on commitments.
- • Adapt quickly to changing client priorities and project demands in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of account management workflows and client communication protocols.
- • Support the team in identifying upsell and retention opportunities by analyzing client activity and service utilization patterns.
- • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client and company information.
