📋 Description

• The Assistant Controller will play a critical role in scaling Lumana's global finance organization during a period of rapid growth, reporting to the Director of Finance and leading key accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance activities across U.S. and Israeli entities.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the financial aspects of the Order-to-Cash process, supporting inventory accounting and balance reconciliations, assisting in monthly/quarterly/annual financial close, preparing consolidated financial reporting under U.S. GAAP, supporting audits and tax compliance, and helping automate finance processes through ERP, BI, and AI-enabled tools.
• Lumana is a fast-growing AI video security company founded in 2021, backed by tier-one Silicon Valley investors, with small, dynamic teams that think big, move fast, and execute like owners—offering real impact in a high-growth environment.
• The role offers the opportunity to deepen U.S. GAAP expertise, drive process improvements, strengthen financial controls, partner cross-functionally, and help establish scalable finance infrastructure that supports Lumana’s continued global expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA with completion of internship (staj) at a Big 4 accounting firm (EY, Deloitte, PwC, or KPMG)
• Experience in Audit & Assurance within a Hi-Tech/Technology practice
• 0-3 years of post-internship experience in public accounting or a technology company
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial analysis
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
