  • • The Assistant Controller role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely financial operations and compliance across internal and client environments, supporting Strategic Growth Partners’ mission to deliver reliable financial services in a remote, distributed setting.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and month-end close; maintaining internal controls and audit readiness; supporting government contracting compliance (DCAA, FAR, CAS); serving as a finance lead for key client engagements; managing and mentoring accounting staff; and driving process standardization and system improvements in QuickBooks environments.
  • • Strategic Growth Partners is a remote-first organization committed to innovation, diversity, and collaboration across multiple time zones, providing robust services to clients in industries such as construction, IT, and professional services while upholding strict data confidentiality and inclusive workplace values.
